I've had a couple of experiences with ghosts and needless to say I'm a total believer. If you don't believe in ghosts that's totally fine and I envy you because sometimes it's a little scary. I feel like I have a "sense" and I can tell if a place has weird energy. When I moved into my last apartment I could just tell that it had weird energy and stuff started happening pretty quick. I would just hear weird noises when I was alone in the house and silly stuff that can totally be written off. There were, however, two occasions in which I can't explain what happened.
The first was after a couple months of living there and I was sitting on the couch with my boyfriend watching tv. To our left was our front door and laundry room. It was more of a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The door to the laundry room was open and the detergent was sitting on top of the washer. All of a sudden it literally flew out of closet and landed on the floor. We both didn't say anything for about a minute and then just pretended it didn't happy.
Let me also explain that we didn't talk about our "roommate" while we were in the house. I totally superstitious and thought it would feed it energy by addressing it and I didn't want it to possess or murder me or whatever.
The next thing that happened occurred shortly before we got the hell out of there. I refused to sleep in my bedroom alone because it just felt like something was watching me. I was laying in bed and heard a really loud knock on my bedroom wall. It came from the wall that connects my bathroom on the other side. In the bathroom, I hung three paintings side by side on the same wall where I heard the noise. When I tell you're my heart dropped the next morning it's an understatement. One of the paintings had been bent under the nail at the top (which was still in the wall) and was hanging tinted off the wall at a 45-degree angle. Because the painting was still on the wall, and the only way it couldn't be lifted out from under the nail without ripping it out of the wall is to bend it.
Needless to say, I moved out shortly after and I would love to never set foot in that apartment building again it was very creepy and just all around paranormal vibes.
